I have received a return of the writ which I issued on 1 April 2026 for the election of a member to serve for the electoral division of Farrer in the state of New South Wales to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of the Hon. Sussan Ley. By the endorsement on the writ, it is certified that David Farley has been elected.
