I rise to oppose the amendment moved by the Leader of the Opposition, which is 'Wait till Tony is in the Lodge before we do anything.' I would have to say that, (a), he is putting the horse before the cart and, (b), everybody in this parliament knows where the Leader of the Opposition stands when it comes to climate change.
