In accordance with the provisions of the Parliament Act 1974, I present a proposal for works within the Parliamentary Zone relating to landscape works and the installation of a concrete bench at the High Court of Australia. I seek leave to give a notice of motion in relation to the proposal.

That, in accordance with section 5 of the Parliament Act 1974, the Senate approves the proposal by the National Capital Authority for capital works within the Parliamentary Zone relating to landscape works and the installation of a concrete bench at the High Court of Australia.
