Pursuant to standing order 38, I present the report of the Community Affairs Committee on the provisions of the Excise Tariff Amendment (2009 Measures No. 1) Bill 2009 and the Customs Tariff Amendment (2009 Measures No. 1) Bill 2009 and a related matter, together with the Hansard record of proceedings and documents presented to the committee, which were presented to a temporary chairman of committees earlier today.
