I inform the House that the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection will be absent from question time today as he travels to Malaysia to discuss initiatives to counter people-smuggling and formally hand over the first of two former Customs Service Bay class vessels to the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency. The Minister for Foreign Affairs will answer questions on his behalf.
