That—

(a) the Defence Amendment (Sexual Assault Prevention, Intervention and Response Commission) Bill 2025 be considered on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 at the time for private senators' bills; and

(b) on Thursday, 15 October 2026:

(i) the Crimes Amendment (Prohibiting Shackling During Childbirth) Bill 2026 and the Crimes Amendment (Prohibiting the Strip Searching of Children) Bill 2026 be considered at the time for private senators' bills,

(ii) the bills may be considered together for the second reading debate, and

(iii) at the conclusion of the second reading debate, the questions on each bill be put separately.
