At the request of Senator Bragg, I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that:

(i) order for the production of documents no. 441, relating to the Housing Australia Future Fund, required the Minister representing the Minister for Housing to comply with the order by no later than 31 March 2026, and

(ii) the order has not been complied with; and

(b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Housing to comply with the order by no later than Thursday, 14 May 2026.
