I move:

(a) the hours of meeting be 9 am till adjournment;

(i) condolence statements, of not more than 5 minutes each, relating to the death of Tim Picton,

(ii) condolence statements, of not more than 5 minutes each, relating to the death of Katie Allen,

(iii) adjournment proposed, and

(iv) adjournment.
