I draw to the attention of honourable senators the presence in the gallery of a parliamentary delegation from the Tuvalu parliament led by the speaker, the Hon. Sir Iakoba Italeli. I also acknowledge the High Commissioner for Tuvalu, His Excellency Mr Samuelu Laloniu. On behalf of all senators, I wish you a warm welcome to Australia and, in particular, to the Senate. With the concurrence of honourable senators, I invite the speaker to take a seat on the floor of the Senate.
