I move:

(1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

(2) That the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Make Price Gouging Illegal) Bill 2024 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the second reading stage.
