(1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

(2) That the Housing Investment Probity Bill 2024 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the second reading stage.

(2) That the following bills be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of each of the bills resume at the second reading stage:

(a) Copyright Legislation Amendment (Fair Pay for Radio Play) Bill 2023;

(b) Electoral Legislation Amendment (Fair Territory Representation) Bill 2024;

(c) Lobbying (Improving Government Honesty and Trust) Bill 2025; and

(d) National Housing and Homelessness Plan Bill 2024.
