Pursuant to notice given on 10 November, on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I withdraw, firstly, business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for five sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Australian Education Regulations 2023; secondly, business of the Senate notice of motion No. 2 for five sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Higher Education Support (Other Grants) Amendment (National Priorities Pool Program and Regional Partnerships Project Pool Program) Guidelines 2023; and, thirdly, business of the Senator notice of motion No. 4 for five days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment) Regulations 2023.
