On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for two sitting days after today proposing the disallowance of the Telecommunications Amendment (Disclosure of Information for the Purpose of Cyber Security) Regulations 2022 and business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for five sitting days after today proposing the disallowance of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Amendment (Code of Conduct and Banning Orders) Rules 2022.
