I move:
(1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.
(2) That the Telecommunications Legislation Amendment (Unsolicited Communications) Bill 2019 be restored to the NoticePaper and consideration of the bill resume at the stage reached in the 45th Parliament.
