by leave—I advise the Senate that Senator Cash will be absent from question time today, Monday, 10 September until Thursday, 13 September inclusive due to overseas ministerial business. In Senator's Cash's absence, Senator Canavan will represent the Minister for Small and Family Business, Skills and Vocational Education and Senator McKenzie will represent the Attorney-General, the Minister for Home Affairs and the Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs.
