I seek leave to move a procedural motion about the consideration of a bill.

I move:

That consideration of the Marriage Amendment (Definition and Religious Freedoms) Bill 2017 may continue until not later than 2 pm and that any division on the bill may occur between the hours of 12.45 pm and 2 pm today, and that other business on the Notice Paper be suspended until the third reading of the bill has occurred.
