The Regulations and Ordinances Committee has been making inquiries about a number of issues in relation to these instruments. Based on information received from ministers, the committee has concluded its examination of these matters. The committee's final report on these matters is contained in Delegated legislation monitor no. 10of 2015 and Delegated legislation monitor no. 11 of 2015.
