I move:

That there by laid on the table by the Minister for Finance and Acting Assistant Treasurer (Senator Cormann), no later than 1 pm on Monday, 27 October 2014, the advice obtained from the Australian Government Solicitor, as referred to on p. 7 of the Regulations and Ordinances Committee's Delegated legislation monitor no. 12 of 2014, dated 24 September 2014, where the committee reported That the Minister for Finance and Acting Assistant Treasurer advised the committee that 'The Australian Government Solicitor has advised That the Regulation has been made in accordance with the specific regulation-making powers in the Corporations Act…'.
