I seek leave to table the fourth report of the Senate Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Bills, which, amongst other things, deals with both the NDIS and the broadcasting series of legislation. I seek leave to speak for 15 minutes on that report. I also seek leave for Senator Edwards and Senator Fifield to speak for 15 minutes each on the report in accordance with the commitment made to me by the government manager.
