I move:

That:

(a)

intervening business be postponed till after consideration of government business order of the day no. 3 (consideration of message no. 37 from the House of Representatives); and

(b)

any order of the day relating to the Evidence Amendment (Journalists’ Privilege) Bill 2010 be listed on the Notice Paper as a government business order of the day.
