On a point of order, Minister Watts continues to reflect inappropriately on Senator McKenzie, in breach of the standing orders. Again, I would ask if you could seek the advice of the Clerk. This is most improper. It's been ruled against previously. I would ask that you seek the advice of the Clerk, who's just advised me that this is in breach of the standing orders.
