I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister for the Environment and Water, by no later than midday on 15 October 2026, the following documents covering the time period of 27 March to 18 September 2026:

(a) all correspondence between the office of the Prime Minister and the office of the Minister for the Environment and Water relating to an extended producer responsibility scheme; and

(b) all briefs, speaking notes, memoranda, correspondence and other documents relating to an extended producer responsibility scheme prepared for or provided to the Minister for the Environment and Water by:

(i) the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water,

(ii) the office of the Minister for the Environment and Water, or

(iii) the office of the Prime Minister;

in preparation for the joint meeting of environment ministers to be held on 18 September 2026.
