I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that:

(i) on Wednesday, 12 August 2026, the Senate agreed to order for the production of documents no. 569, relating to the Future Fit Program, requiring the Minister representing the Minister for Aged Care and Seniors to comply by midday on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, and

(ii) the order has not been complied with; and

(b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Aged Care and Seniors to comply with the order by no later than 9 am on 14 October 2026.
