I move:

1. That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

2. That the Sex Discrimination Amendment (Restoring Common Sense and Recognising Biological Sex) Bill 2026 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the first reading stage.
