Minister, I'm interested, if you think it's a problem that—it doesn't sound like you've read the assistant minister's speech, but he says:

… the most urgent economic question before us is how Australia remains a first-rank nation in a world shaped by AI.

I think many people would agree with that. Why is Mr Charlton not a full cabinet minister? Why do we have an assistant minister in charge of AI, given the importance of it?
