On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I also give of notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on 18 August 2026, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for three sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the High Court Amendment Fees Rule 2026.
