Senator Collins, there is no point of order. These are wideranging debates. As long as there is some reference to the topic under consideration—and Senator Whiteaker has been talking about taxation policy—as long as she refers back to those issues, she is certainly within order. Senator Whiteaker, you have the call. But I would remind you of the three questions that Senator Collins is taking note of.
