Pursuant to notice given on 11 March 2026, on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for six sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Aged Care Rules 2025 made under the Aged Care Act 2024.
