I move:

(1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

(2) That the Defence Amendment (Parliamentary Approval of Overseas Service) Bill 2020 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the second reading stage.
