I seek leave to give a notice of motion. The reason I'm asking for this, if I could just let you know, is that I would like to give notice of this motion before 5.30, given that that's the adjournment time, and earlier today there was a confusion over the timing of when notices of motion were called. I would like to be able to give a notice of motion for another day.
