There was no answer to my initial question. However, Minister, if the administrator didn't even know this transfer had occurred, how can Australians have any confidence that he is in control or that Minister Rishworth is? Does the Prime Minister still have confidence in his minister, given that she doesn't know what's happening under her watch or she simply does not care?
