That wasn't exactly my question; my question was about tightening the drafting to ensure that exemption rate clauses and annualised salary rates that are already approved—agreements that are already in place and have already been approved by the Fair Work Commission—can't be reopened by this legislation. It's about if there's already an agreement in place.
