I would probably say that the Fair Work Commission is not being allowed to undertake that objective and independent assessment, because we are overlaying the legislation and actually taking away the Fair Work Commission's authority to make that assessment of their own accord. Can you clarify that for me one more time, and then I'll proceed to a different question.
