Thank you, Minister. I don't like to make you repeat yourself, but I just want to get this right. I don't want to get this wrong, because this is something that is really important to Australian small businesses and to how they can effectively operate and continue to employ people in our country. The ACTU said:

The amendments will also apply to awards made before the legislation's commencement.

Is the ACTU right, or is the ACTU wrong?
