By the early 2030s—I don't know what you mean by 'early'; I'd say 2031 or 2032—you want to grow that to 69,000. How many houses, or married quarters or housing, is DHA going to be required to build in the next five years just to get you to the 2030s, if you are able to get 69,000, or another 7,000, defence personnel into the miliary?
