That government business notice of motion no. 1 be amended, by inserting a new paragraph (2), as follows:

(1) That the order of the Senate of 14 September 2023 relating to explanations concerning the National Disability Insurance Scheme Financial Sustainability Framework no longer apply.

(2) Despite paragraph (1) of this resolution, the Senate does not consider that orders for the production of documents nos 229, 253 and 315 relating to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Financial Sustainability Framework have been satisfactorily complied with.
