I move:

That—

(a) the Select Committee on PFAS (per and polyfluoroalkyl substances), appointed by resolution of the Senate on 22 August 2024, be reappointed with the same powers and provisions for membership, except as otherwise provided by this resolution;

(b) the committee and any subcommittee have power to consider and use the evidence and records of the select committee appointed on 22 August 2024; and

(c) the committee present its final report on or before 19 November 2025.
