I wish to add to an answer from question time today. I undertook during question time to provide further information to Senator Colbeck regarding his specific question about family day care in Latrobe. I can advise Senator Colbeck that the case he referred to was about a decision of the Tasmanian early education and care regulator, the Education and Care Unit in the Tasmanian Department for Education, Children and Young People. This decision was consistent with the national law and also consistent with the practice of regulators in other states and territories. Thanks, Senator Colbeck.
