SELECTION OF BILLS COMMITTEE

REPORT NO. 3 OF 2025

1. The committee met in private session on Wednesday, 23 July 2025 at 7.51 pm.

2. The committee recommends that—

(a) the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Australian Energy Regulator Separation) Bill 2025 be referred immediately to the Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 21 August 2025 (see appendix 1 for a statement of reasons for referral).
