(1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

(2) That the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment (Climate Trigger) Bill 2022 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the second reading stage.
