I move:

(1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

(2) That the following bills be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bills resume at the second reading stage:

(a) Broadcasting Services Amendment (Audio Description) Bill 2019;

(b) Crimes Amendment (Repeal Mandatory Minimum Sentences) Bill 2025;

(c) Customs Legislation Amendment (Commercial Greyhound Export and Import Prohibition) Bill 2021;

(d) Electoral Legislation Amendment (Fairer Contracts and Grants) Bill 2023;

(e) Electoral Legislation Amendment (Lowering the Voting Age) Bill 2023;

(f) Fair Work Amendment (Paid Reproductive Health Leave and Flexible Work Arrangements) Bill 2025;

(g) Great Australian Bight (World Heritage Protection) Bill 2025;

(h) Higher Education Support Amendment (End Dirty University Partnerships) Bill 2025;

(i) Interactive Gambling Amendment (Ban Gambling Ads) Bill 2024;

(j) Landholders' Right to Refuse (Gas and Coal) Bill 2015;

(k) Right to Protest Bill 2025; and

(l) Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Amendment (Frontline Emergency Service Workers) Bill 2025.
