I will now deal with the Committee of the Whole amendment circulated by the opposition. The question is that the opposition amendment on sheet 3229 be agreed to.
Opposition 's circulated amendment—
(1) Clause 1, page 1 (lines 9 and 10), omit "Fairer for Families and Farmers", substitute "Failing Families and Farmers".
