I table an addendum to the explanatory memorandum relating to the Crimes Amendment (Strengthening the Criminal Justice Response to Sexual Violence) Bill 2024. The addendum responds to matters raised by the scrutiny of bills committee and the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights.
