At the request of Senator Henderson, I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Education, by no later than 5 pm on 28 November 2024, copies of the letter sent by the Chief Commissioner of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency to universities on 4 October 2024 reminding universities of their obligations regarding student and staff safety.
