(1) Schedule 4, item 145, page 283 (line 21), after "person", insert "for loss or damage suffered as a result of conduct that is misleading or deceptive, or likely to mislead or deceive,".

(2) Schedule 4, item 145, page 284 (line 5), omit "3 years", substitute "12 months".
