As you point out, Australia has been a leader in the International Whaling Commission to stop whaling over many decades, including successfully prosecuting a case in the International Court of Justice in 2014 against Japan for illegal whaling. Minister, will you now be pursuing this issue through the International Whaling Commission or seeking a new action through the International Court of Justice?
