Can I ask you to take on notice in relation to the 84: what was the assessment of time frame that the department utilised when making the decision in relation to each of the 84? Can you confirm whether or not legal documentation needed to be prepared in order to release each of the detainees—for example, some sort of order or instrument. If so, can you please provide the time when each of those relevant documents was prepared. If you have the information in relation to the first part of the question, though, was legal documentation required to be prepared in order to release each of the detainees?
