I move:
That in accordance with subsection 108(2) of the Health Insurance Act 1973, the Senate approves the Health Insurance (Extended Medicare Safety Net) Amendment (Indexation) Determination 2023, made under subsection 10B(1) of the Act on 6 November 2023.
