I was aware that you split the bills. I seek the advice of the Clerk. Thank you, Senator Ruston. I clarify that that division and the agreement to the bills was in relation to the Housing Australia Future Fund Bill.

National Housing Supply and Affordability Council Bill 2023 and the Treasury Laws Amendment (Housing Measures No. 1) Bill 2023 read a third time.

Because the Housing Australia Future Fund Bill 2023 was agreed to subject to requests it will not be read a third time. A message will be sent to the House requesting that the House make the amendments. Senators, that concludes the consideration of the bills.
