Is the government open to including these provisions in the guidelines because—

HENDERSON () (): I'll just ignore that interjection. Is the government willing to include this as a mandatory obligation, because I understand this is Senator D Pocock's amendment, but currently this is only a matter of discretion, which gives students no guarantees whatsoever. So would the government agree, as a matter of course, to include this provision in the guidelines?
